You can permanently delete your CatKats account and all associated data at any time. We provide a self-service option directly in the app, and an email option if you no longer have access to your account.
The fastest way to delete your account and data:
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered — this action is irreversible.
If you can't access the app (e.g. you've lost your device or been logged out), email support@catkats.com from any address and include:
We will process email deletion requests within a reasonable time, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.
